Sephora Operations Leader

1. Lead day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment to ensure operational accuracy and availability.
2. Oversee visual merchandising, promotional setups and store maintenance to uphold Sephora brand standards and drive sales.
3. Coach, develop and schedule the operations team; provide on‑the‑floor training in operational processes, selling behaviors and performance metrics.
4. Support and partner with sales teams to deliver outstanding client experiences and contribute to achieving store performance goals.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and loss-prevention standards to maintain a secure, welcoming store environment.
6. Maintain reliable attendance and flexible availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality or a closely related environment — demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
2. Strong organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.
4. Effective time-management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality, with hands-on exposure to inventory control, merchandising and team coaching.

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or credentials in business, retail management or related fields preferred.
