Sephora Operations Leader

- Lead day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and receiving to ensure stock accuracy and product availability.
- Oversee visual merchandising and promotional displays to uphold Sephora brand standards and optimize sales.
- Coach, develop and schedule the operations team to deliver high-performance service, operational consistency and achievement of store goals.
- Support store leadership in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving customer-focused initiatives.

- Manage peak-period staffing and execution, including nights, weekends and holiday operations.
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality or a related customer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with experience in coaching performance and fostering accountability.
- Strong organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to inventory control and merchandising detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to motivate teams and collaborate across functions.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
