Sephora Operations Leader

- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and adherence to operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising and in‑store promotional execution to maintain brand presentation and drive sales.
- Coach, train and develop operations team members on processes, selling behaviours, performance metrics and company initiatives.
- Support and partner with sales teams to deliver an exceptional client experience and contribute to meeting store objectives.
- Maintain store maintenance, safety and loss‑prevention practices to ensure a secure and enjoyable shopping environment.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop teams to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem‑solving, organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to foster a collaborative, accountability‑driven culture.
- Availability to work a full‑time schedule (30–40 hours/week), including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; 3+ years preferred. Proven track record of coaching teams, managing inventory workflows and executing visual merchandising.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
