Sephora Operations Leader

- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure operational excellence.
- Lead and implement visual merchandising and in-store promotional events to maintain brand standards and drive sales.
- Manage store maintenance and operational standards to deliver a safe, compliant, and engaging shopping environment.
- Coach, train and develop the operations team on selling behaviors, operational processes, and performance metrics.

- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem‑solving, organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to motivate a goal‑driven team.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as required.
- Flexible availability to work 30–40 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays.
