Sephora Operations Leader

- Lead day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment, stock receiving and order fulfilment to ensure merchandise availability and accuracy
- Oversee visual merchandising and promotional execution to uphold brand standards and drive sales performance
- Coach, develop and mentor the operations team to improve productivity, operational knowledge and selling behaviours
- Ensure adherence to company policies, loss-prevention procedures and safety standards to deliver a secure and enjoyable shopping environment
- Support the client experience by partnering with sales teams to maintain service levels and contribute to store KPI achievement
- Manage scheduling and resource allocation to meet peak retail demands (nights, weekends, holidays) and ensure operational reliability
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality, or a related customer-facing environment
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop front-line teams to meet performance objectives
- Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to inventory accuracy and merchandising detail
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule and maintain punctual attendance
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as required
