1. Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and excellent service.
2. Manage inventory to maintain a well-stocked store.
3. Supervise store maintenance to ensure a clean and smoothly operating environment.
4. Lead the setup and execution of sales events and promotions.
5. Participate in loss prevention efforts to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.

1. Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail operations.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$25.00 - $30.81 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
