Sephora Operations Leader

1. Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure operational efficiency and availability of product.
2. Lead visual merchandising and in-store promotional execution to maintain brand presentation and drive sales.
3. Coach, mentor and develop the operations team through on-the-floor training, performance feedback and career guidance.
4. Support the client experience by partnering with sales teams to meet store goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
5. Maintain store standards for safety, loss prevention, housekeeping and policy compliance.
6. Manage staffing needs and scheduling to meet required full-time hours and peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

1. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality, or a closely related environment.
2. Proven experience coaching teams to achieve performance targets and operational standards.
3. Strong organizational aptitude with attention to detail and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
5. Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as needed.
