Sephora Operations Leader

- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure operational efficiency and availability of product.
- Lead visual merchandising and in-store promotional execution to maintain brand presentation and drive sales.
- Coach, mentor and develop the operations team through on-the-floor training, performance feedback and career guidance.
- Support the client experience by partnering with sales teams to meet store goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain store standards for safety, loss prevention, housekeeping and policy compliance.
- Manage staffing needs and scheduling to meet required full-time hours and peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality, or a closely related environment.
- Proven experience coaching teams to achieve performance targets and operational standards.
- Strong organizational aptitude with attention to detail and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as needed.
