Sephora Operations Leader

- Own day-to-day store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfilment to ensure product availability and store readiness.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional rollouts and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
- Coach, develop and schedule the operations team to meet performance metrics, foster accountability and support career progression.
- Partner with the selling team to maintain exceptional client service and contribute to store targets and KPIs.
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures and operational standards to create a secure and welcoming shopping environment.
- Manage staffing reliability and shift coverage, ensuring availability during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail operations, hospitality, or a closely related environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop hourly teams to achieve operational and sales objectives.
- Strong organizational aptitude with acute attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of motivating a diverse workforce.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.
