Sephora Operations Leader

- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
- Lead visual merchandising and promotional execution, maintaining brand presentation and store standards to drive sales.
- Supervise and coach the operations team—provide training, performance feedback and development to build capability and career pathways.
- Support and partner with sales teams to deliver an exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving store performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention protocols and safety standards while maintaining a well‑maintained store environment.
- Manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs; maintain punctuality and reliable attendance expectations.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
- Proven organizational skills with strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet full‑time weekly hours (30–40 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by operational duties.
