Sephora Operations Lead

1. Lead and manage the operations team at a specific Sephora store location.
2. Ensure execution of all operational processes according to company standards.
3. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
4. Manage visual merchandising to align with company standards.
5. Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching.
6. Maintain appropriate budget and supply levels for the store.
7. Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors.
9. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate understanding of store sales performance.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Strong store operations skills.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation ranges from CAD$22.85 to CAD$28.55 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
