Sephora Operations Lead

1. Lead and manage all operations-related aspects of the store, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
2. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise, as well as cycle counting.
3. Supervise visual merchandising to ensure alignment with company standards.
4. Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
5. Participate in performance assessment and development for the operations team, providing timely feedback and coaching.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
7. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, and controllable expenses.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.

Compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10 per hour, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
