1. Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and merchandise returns.
3. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage cleaning crews.
4. Manage supply levels, including testers and samples, within budget constraints.
5. Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors.
7. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance and expense management.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.

1. Strong store operations skills.
2. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges from CAD$22.20 to CAD$26.10 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
