Sephora Operations Lead

- Lead and manage the store Operations team, including overnight stock personnel and third‑party vendors; provide coaching, feedback and performance management.
- Ensure flawless execution of store operations processes to company standards, including opening/closing procedures and operational compliance.
- Oversee inventory management: receiving, shipping, returns, cycle counts and reconciliation within established timelines and guidelines.
- Manage visual merchandising on stage to maintain brand presentation standards and support floor readiness.
- Supervise cleaning and facilities vendors to ensure adherence to agreed standards; escalate and resolve quality issues.
- Control supply levels — testers, samples and consumables — and manage related budgets and ordering processes.
- Act as Manager on Duty as required: support Beauty Advisors on the sales floor, engage with clients, and address escalations.
- Monitor store controllables (staffing, payroll, expenses) and collaborate on budget strategies to optimize performance.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive retail operations experience, preferably in beauty or high‑volume retail environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead small teams, deliver constructive feedback and influence peers.
- Proven competency in inventory control, receiving/returns processes and cycle counting procedures.
- Strong time management and problem‑solving skills, with the capacity to prioritize competing operational demands.

Minimum 3 years of retail operations experience, ideally within beauty or other high‑volume retail settings, with demonstrated team leadership and inventory control responsibilities.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, retail management or a related field is an asset.
