Sephora Operations Lead

1. Lead store operations ensuring all processes are executed per company standards.
2. Manage inventory including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
3. Oversee visual merchandising to maintain company standards.
4. Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, ensuring adherence to standards.
5. Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate stock levels of supplies and samples.
6. Participate in performance management and provide feedback to the operations team.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients.
8. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance and staffing.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
3. Strong store operations skills.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Minimum of three years in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10 per hour, with performance-based bonuses and a competitive benefits program.
