1. Manage all aspects of store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
2. Oversee inventory management including shipping, receiving, returns, and periodic counts.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
