1. Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting.
3. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage cleaning crews.
4. Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate quantities of supplies, testers, and samples.
5. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback to the operations team.
6. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
7. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, and payroll.

1. One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Demonstrated strong store operations skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in inventory and supply chain management.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar operational leadership role.

Compensation ranges from CAD$20.00 to CAD$23.55 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
