- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, and cycle counting.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and manage cleaning crews.
- Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate quantities of supplies, testers, and samples.
- Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback to the operations team.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
- Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, and payroll.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated strong store operations skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory and supply chain management.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar operational leadership role.
