Sephora Operations Lead

1. Lead and manage all operational aspects of the store, ensuring adherence to company standards.
2. Oversee inventory management, including shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
3. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company guidelines.
4. Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback and coaching.
5. Manage supply budgets and maintain appropriate stock levels of supplies, testers, and samples.
6. Participate in performance management and development of the operations team.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
8. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in sales performance and expense management.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Strong store operations skills.
2. Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

Compensation ranges from CAD$20.70 to CAD$25.90 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
