1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and adhere to Sephora's merchandising concepts.
4. Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner, organizing and maintaining the stockroom according to company standards.
5. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards and communicate any inventory issues to supervisors.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
7. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to multi-task while being attentive to client and business needs.
4. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. High School diploma or equivalent.
6. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
