Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Maintain stockroom organization and inventory integrity according to company standards, including receipt, processing and staging of shipments.
2. Process transfers, damages and testers; manage visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
3. Support store merchandising standards and housekeeping within the cashier and sales floor zones to uphold Sephora’s visual concepts.
4. Operate and support Point‑Of‑Sale systems and MPOS; assist in cashier training and cover cashier functions when required.
5. Participate in shortage/loss reduction programs and inventory control activities, communicating inventory issues to supervisory staff.

1. 1–2 years of retail or client‑service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
4. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending and stretching while stocking shelves.
