Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and uphold Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, and organize stockroom per company standards.
5. Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company guidelines.
6. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently met.
7. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
9. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to multi-task and attend to client and business needs.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60/hr, with potential performance-based bonuses.
