1. Provide exemplary client service by offering professional and knowledgeable assistance during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
5. Efficiently process shipment receipts and organize stockroom per company standards.
6. Handle transfers, damages, and testers according to company protocols.
7. Communicate inventory issues to the Operations Supervisor or Store Manager.
8. Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies.
9. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$18.00 - CAD$22.50 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
