Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Maintain stockroom organization and process incoming shipments promptly, ensuring accurate receipt, tagging and routing of merchandise.
2. Execute inventory control procedures, participate in shortage-reduction programs and communicate discrepancies to Operations Supervisor or store management.
3. Process transfers, damages and testers in accordance with company policies and ensure compliance with sampling procedures.
4. Support store presentation standards by maintaining cleanliness and order in the cashier zone and assisting with visual merchandising checks.
5. Deliver friendly, professional client service on the sales floor and cross-train to perform cashier functions including Point‑Of‑Sale transactions.
6. Report missing or damaged visual elements and help uphold safety and tidiness standards in the stockroom and sales area.

1. 1–2 years of retail or client service experience; prior stockroom or inventory experience preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
4. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance‑filled retail environment.
5. Strong organizational skills, basic arithmetic and computer literacy; effective time management and communication abilities.
