Sephora Operations Associate

- Support daily store operations to ensure an efficient, safe and on-brand shopping environment.
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, organization and basic inventory control.
- Assist with merchandising and promotional setups to maintain visual standards and execute events.
- Fulfill store orders and coordinate back-of-house logistics to support sales floor availability.
- Deliver consistently high client service and support the sales team in meeting store objectives.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures while promoting an inclusive team culture.
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing operational role.
- Excellent organizational ability and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to support client-facing activities.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing and movement.
- Reliable availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
