1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and stockroom.
4. Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner.
5. Organize and maintain stockroom per company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards.
7. Communicate inventory issues or concerns to supervisors or store management.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
9. Participate in inventory control and programs to reduce shortage/loss.
10. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
4. Problem-solving and communication skills.
5. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60 per hour, with potential performance-based bonus opportunities.
