Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and Mobile POS systems.
3. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Support Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
5. Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner, organizing and maintaining the stockroom per company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company guidelines.
7. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times.
8. Communicate inventory issues and concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and participate in inventory control.
10. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficient in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to multi-task while being attentive to client and business needs.
4. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

1-2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$17.00 - CAD$20.00 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
