Sephora Operations Consultant

- Partner with the Operations Supervisor to organise and maintain the stockroom in accordance with company standards.
- Receive, process and accurately stage incoming deliveries and manage stock transfers.
- Maintain merchandising standards on the sales floor; report missing or damaged visual elements to the Operations Supervisor.
- Manage damaged goods, demonstrators and returns in line with company procedures.
- Support cashiers through training and by assisting with POS and mobile checkout operations during peak periods.
- Contribute to loss-prevention and inventory-shrinkage reduction initiatives.
- Ensure store, backroom and till areas meet cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
- Report stock discrepancies, operational issues and safety concerns to supervisors or store leadership.
- Right to work in Canada.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and peak periods.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills for stockroom management.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise to perform receiving and stocking duties safely.
- Professional customer-service demeanour and ability to assist floor teams and clients.

Entry-level position: previous retail, stockroom or merchandising experience is an asset but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
