Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Partner with the Operations Supervisor to organise and maintain the stockroom in accordance with company standards.
2. Receive, process and accurately stage incoming deliveries and manage stock transfers.
3. Maintain merchandising standards on the sales floor; report missing or damaged visual elements to the Operations Supervisor.
4. Manage damaged goods, demonstrators and returns in line with company procedures.
5. Support cashiers through training and by assisting with POS and mobile checkout operations during peak periods.
6. Contribute to loss-prevention and inventory-shrinkage reduction initiatives.
7. Ensure store, backroom and till areas meet cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
8. Report stock discrepancies, operational issues and safety concerns to supervisors or store leadership.

2. Availability to work retail hours including weekends and peak periods.
3. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills for stockroom management.
4. Ability to lift and move merchandise to perform receiving and stocking duties safely.
5. Professional customer-service demeanour and ability to assist floor teams and clients.

Entry-level position: previous retail, stockroom or merchandising experience is an asset but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal post-secondary credential required.
