Sephora Operations Consultant

- Deliver friendly, professional client service on the sales floor and assist with cashier duties when required.
- Train and support colleagues on Point-of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Receive, process and accurately record incoming shipments; manage transfers, damages and testers according to company standards.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to company merchandising and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory control procedures and programs to reduce shortage/loss.
- Ensure sampling policies and visual merchandising elements are checked in and report missing/damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier zone and across store operations.
- 1–2 years of retail or client service experience, preferably with stockroom responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Strong organizational, arithmetic and basic computer skills.
- Effective time management, problem solving and communication abilities; capacity to multitask while client-facing.
