Sephora Operations Consultant

- Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and merchandising updates.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and other team members on register operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cashier area.
- Support the implementation of Sephora's merchandising concepts.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and losses.
- Receive and process deliveries in a timely manner.
- Manage warehouse organization in line with company standards.
- Handle transfers, damaged products, and testers according to company guidelines.
- Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Strong organizational skills.

Entry-level experience in retail operations or a similar environment is preferred.
Compensation ranges from CAD 18.10 to CAD 22.65 per hour, with performance bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
