1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and merchandise updates.
2. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on register operations.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cashier area.
5. Support Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shrinkage and loss.
6. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
7. Organize and maintain the warehouse according to company standards.
8. Manage transfers, damaged products, and testers in line with company policies.
9. Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
10. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.
11. Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.

The compensation ranges from CAD 18.10 to CAD 22.65 per hour, with performance bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
