1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure effective warehouse organization and merchandising updates.
2. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and mobile register consultants.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cashier area.
5. Apply Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
6. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
7. Manage warehouse organization according to company standards.
8. Handle transfers, damaged products, and demonstrators per company guidelines.
9. Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
10. Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
11. Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors, assistant managers, or the store manager.

Entry-level experience in retail operations or a related field is required.

The compensation ranges from CAD 18.10 to CAD 22.65 per hour, with performance bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
