Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Perform shipment receipt and processing, and organize stockroom according to company standards.
5. Process transfers, damages, and testers, and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
6. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and participate in inventory control.
7. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are maintained at all times.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.
4. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. High School diploma or equivalent.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
