1. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
2. Assist in training other cashiers and advisors on register operations.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
4. Apply Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shrinkage and losses.
5. Receive and process deliveries promptly, ensuring warehouse organization according to company standards.
6. Manage transfers, damaged products, and demonstrators per company guidelines.
7. Check visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the operations supervisor.
8. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.
9. Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.

Beginner level experience in retail or operations is required.
