1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure efficient warehouse organization and merchandising updates.
2. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and mobile cash register operators.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the checkout area.
5. Apply and assist in implementing Sephora's merchandising concepts.
6. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and loss.
7. Receive and process deliveries promptly.
8. Manage warehouse organization and maintenance according to company standards.
9. Handle transfers, damaged products, and testers in line with company policies.
10. Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
11. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.
12. Report stock issues and concerns to supervisors and management.
13. Enforce policies and procedures regarding samples.
14. Participate in stock audits.
15. Some designated consultants will receive training to perform cashier duties.
