Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide exemplary client service, ensuring a friendly and knowledgeable interaction during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and Mobile POS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
5. Efficiently perform shipment receipt and processing, and maintain stockroom organization as per company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company protocols.
7. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently met.
8. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational capabilities.
3. Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

The compensation ranges between CAD$17.70 - CAD$22.15 per hour, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
