Sephora Operations Consultant (Flex)

1. Receive, process and stage incoming shipments in a timely manner and maintain accurate stockroom organization according to company standards.
2. Perform transfers, process damages and testers, and support inventory control and cycle counts to minimise shortage and loss.
3. Support Point-of-Sale operations and assist in training cashiers and colleagues on POS and MPOS systems.
4. Maintain store presentation standards in the cashier zone and assist with visual merchandising checks and reporting of missing/damaged elements.
5. Ensure safety, compliance with sampling policies and general tidiness of back-of-house areas; communicate inventory or operational issues to supervisory staff.

1. 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or back-of-house responsibilities.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
4. Basic computer and arithmetic skills with strong organizational ability.
5. Effective time-management, problem-solving and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.
