Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Assist in maintaining Sephora’s merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
5. Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner and organize stockroom per company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards.
7. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times.
8. Communicate inventory issues/concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and participate in inventory control.
10. Cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail/client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multi-task while being attentive to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in the retail/client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$17.00 - CAD$20.00/hr, with potential performance-based bonuses.
