1. Provide exemplary client service, ensuring friendly, professional, and knowledgeable interactions during store hours.
2. Assist in training staff on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs to minimize shortage and loss.
5. Efficiently manage shipment receipt and processing, maintaining stockroom organization according to company standards.
6. Handle transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company policies.
7. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and management.
8. Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies.
9. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize client and business needs.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges from CAD$17.00 to CAD$20.00 per hour, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
