1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
2. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
4. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and uphold Sephora's merchandising concepts.
5. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
6. Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner, and organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers as per company standards.
8. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times.
9. Communicate inventory issues or concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
10. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and participate in inventory control.
11. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficient computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multi-task while being attentive to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$17.00 - CAD$20.00 per hour. Eligibility for performance-based bonus opportunities.
