Sephora Operations Consultant

- Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and uphold Sephora's merchandising concepts.
- Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner, and organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards.
- Process transfers, damages, and testers as per company standards.
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times.
- Communicate inventory issues or concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and participate in inventory control.
- Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.
- 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task while being attentive to client and business needs.
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Compensation ranges between CAD$17.00 - CAD$20.00 per hour. Eligibility for performance-based bonus opportunities.
