Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide professional and knowledgeable client service during store business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising standards.
4. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, and organize stockroom according to company standards.
5. Process transfers, damages, and testers, and manage visual elements, reporting any issues to the Operations Supervisor.
6. Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies.
7. Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges from CAD$17.00 to CAD$20.00 per hour, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
