Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Assist in maintaining Sephora’s merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
5. Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner.
6. Organize and maintain stockroom per company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards.
8. Check in all visual elements and communicate missing/damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor.
9. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times.
10. Communicate inventory issues/concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
11. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
12. Participate in inventory control.
13. Cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of retail/client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School graduate or equivalent.

1. Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multi-task while being attentive to the needs of clients and the business.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School graduate or equivalent.

The compensation ranges between CAD$17.70 - CAD$22.15/hr, with potential performance-based bonus opportunities.
