Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining operational standards.
2. Manage inventory processes: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and event activations.
4. Deliver exceptional client service and support the sales team in achieving store targets and creating memorable client experiences.
5. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork; adhere to company policies to maintain a safe and welcoming shopping environment.
6. Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as required by retail peak periods.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment preferred.
2. Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
3. Strong organizational skills, punctuality and dependable attendance.
4. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proven team collaborator.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
