Sephora Operations Associate

1. Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain optimal product availability.
2. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and supports marketing events.
3. Support the client experience through attentive service, assisting sales teams to achieve store performance and sales goals.
4. Maintain operational standards by following company policies, loss-prevention procedures and safety protocols.
5. Contribute to a collaborative team culture, promoting inclusivity, punctuality and reliable attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

1. 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
2. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal driven.
4. Comfortable learning and communicating product knowledge quickly to support the client experience.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and meet the scheduling requirements for full-time availability (30–40 hrs/week).
