Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and maintain operational standards.
2. Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
3. Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to accurately reflect Sephora brand standards and campaign execution.
4. Contribute to exceptional client service by supporting the sales floor and working collaboratively to meet store sales goals.
5. Uphold company policies and safety procedures to create a secure, welcoming shopping environment for clients and colleagues.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused operational role.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
4. Reliable availability, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and consistent attendance.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
