Sephora Operations Associate

Sephora is a global prestige beauty retailer recognized for an extensive assortment of cosmetics, skincare and fragrance brands. 1. Support daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to operational standards
2. Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and basic order fulfilment
3. Assist with visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to maintain brand consistency and event readiness
4. Deliver and support exceptional client service to help achieve store sales targets and KPIs
5. Maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment by complying with company policies and loss-prevention practices
6. Promote teamwork and inclusivity; communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership about operational needs
7. Meet required scheduling commitments and provide reliable attendance during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays)

1. 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to prioritise tasks in a busy store
3. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach
4. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive stocking tasks
5. Flexible availability to work scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
6. Punctuality and consistent attendance

Entry-level requirement of approximately 1–2 years in retail, hospitality or other client-focused roles; hands-on experience with inventory handling and merchandising preferred.
