Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations to ensure efficient, safe and welcoming environments for clients and colleagues.
2. Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment to maintain merchandise availability.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and event activations.
4. Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and help achieve store sales goals through operational support.
5. Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies, loss-prevention and safety procedures.
6. Perform general store upkeep and back-of-house organization to optimize workflow and presentation.
7. Be available for flexible scheduling and cover shifts during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends and holidays.
8. Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for the Flex/Part-time schedule.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to detail.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable supporting client service.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and relay product knowledge.
5. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving operational and sales objectives.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
8. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and reliable.
