Sephora Operations Associate

- Support daily store operations to ensure efficient, safe and welcoming environments for clients and colleagues.
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment to maintain merchandise availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and event activations.
- Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and help achieve store sales goals through operational support.
- Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies, loss-prevention and safety procedures.
- Perform general store upkeep and back-of-house organization to optimize workflow and presentation.
- Be available for flexible scheduling and cover shifts during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for the Flex/Part-time schedule.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable supporting client service.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and relay product knowledge.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving operational and sales objectives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and reliable.

1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments; suitable for entry-level candidates ready to perform operational duties.
