Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment
2. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and event activations
3. Maintain operational standards to ensure a safe, secure and inviting shopping environment
4. Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional client service and contributing to store sales objectives
5. Promote inclusivity and teamwork by supporting a collaborative and open store culture

1. 1–2 years of retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience
2. Excellent organizational skills and time management with strong attention to detail
3. Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented and goal-driven
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail floor duties
