Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining operational standards.
2. Manage inventory processes: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment accuracy.
3. Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure brand-consistent presentation and event execution.
4. Deliver exceptional client service and support teammates in achieving sales and service objectives.
5. Promote a culture of inclusivity and collaboration; adhere to company policies to maintain a safe, secure shopping environment.
6. Maintain punctuality and meet required weekly scheduling commitments, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
2. Excellent organizational skills and effective time management.
3. Quick learner with the ability to acquire and communicate product knowledge.
4. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
