Sephora Operations Associate

- Support daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to maintain optimal product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards and event calendars.
- Deliver and support exceptional client service, assisting the sales team to achieve revenue and client experience objectives.
- Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping environment.
- Contribute to a collaborative store culture by promoting inclusivity, punctuality and consistent attendance, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
- Strong organisational and time-management capabilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proven team player with a goal-driven mindset.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey key information to clients and colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties in a fast-paced retail setting.
