Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to maintain optimal product availability.
2. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards and event calendars.
3. Deliver and support exceptional client service, assisting the sales team to achieve revenue and client experience objectives.
4. Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping environment.
5. Contribute to a collaborative store culture by promoting inclusivity, punctuality and consistent attendance, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
2. Strong organisational and time-management capabilities with attention to detail.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proven team player with a goal-driven mindset.
4. Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey key information to clients and colleagues.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties in a fast-paced retail setting.
