Sephora Operations Associate

1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with Sephora operational standards.
2. Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
3. Assist with visual merchandising and accurate promotional setups to reflect brand directives and event execution.
4. Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and meeting store performance objectives.
5. Maintain a safe, secure and orderly shopping environment by following company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
6. Adhere to scheduled shifts and demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
2. Demonstrated organizational skills and strong time-management capabilities.
3. Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it clearly to clients and colleagues.
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting with a strong service orientation.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by stock and merchandising tasks.
