Sephora Operations Associate

- Support daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to operational standards.
- Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
- Assist with visual merchandising, promotional setups and event execution to reflect Sephora brand standards.
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals and client retention.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies for safety and security.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability; meet required minimum weekly shifts and be available during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering product knowledge to clients.
- Team-oriented, goal-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Able to perform physical requirements of the role (lift/carry up to 50 lbs).

1–2 years of experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment; beginner-level candidates with relevant exposure are encouraged to apply.
