Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to operational standards.
2. Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
3. Assist with visual merchandising, promotional setups and event execution to reflect Sephora brand standards.
4. Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals and client retention.
5. Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies for safety and security.
6. Maintain punctuality and reliability; meet required minimum weekly shifts and be available during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
7. Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
2. Excellent organizational skills and time management with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering product knowledge to clients.
4. Team-oriented, goal-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.
5. Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
6. Able to perform physical requirements of the role (lift/carry up to 50 lbs).
